   I ordered (10) of these coyote faces, and all but one were in perfect condition. Some had the ear cartilage in, others had already had it removed. This is a preference of the hunter/trapper that boarded the animal, not of the tannery or the FURTAIL company. In other words, some hunters/trappers remove the cartilage, some don't.
   
   The one face that was not up to par had bad oil staining around the ears and on the head where the hunter/trapper had not done a good job cleaning it. This is also not the fault of the tannery or FURTAIL, and, like the ear cartilage thing, just sometimes happens. The fur was fine, no slip, no scent out of the ordinary or anything. I just used it for something other than its original intention.

   This was my first time buying a face and it was everything I had hoped for. It's precious, perfectly preserved and ohhh so soft! Looks great on the wall with my tails.
