   Quality fur tails! No twists, no odor. Quality grommets and chains. Great service, answered the phone, fielded questions (on a Saturday) and shipped them quickly so I got them before Christmas!

3. Great Tail But Not What I Was Expecting

   I orders this tail and was super excited! I got it and I was stoked. But when I opened it I was a little underwhelmed, I asked specifically for a 16" tail and got that so I was happy, but I also asked specifically asked for a tail WITHOUT a tip and it had a tip. I was also told that it would come with a grommet but didn't. But I can understand that because i may have misunderstood some people, but over all i would recommend this tail to anyone who is interested.

   Thank you so very much it's exactly what I wanted the length is perfect, colors beautiful and it's overall an amazing aesthetically and physically put together peice for a good price too. The customer service was great as well! I asked for a chain to be attached to put it on a belt loop and accidentally mixed up on size. (I meant to write hoping for a 20in but, instead wrote 12 thankfully they figured it out and understood what I meant.) When it arrived the instructions I asked were done and done well. Thank you Furtail I definitely will be buying from you again!

   Reminds me of my first tail which looked exactly the same, but in shades of gray. Nice and big and soft, love it <3

   I got this tail 2weeks ago.When the package arrived I opened it the first thing I saw was a rainbow of colors.Very nice product, I recommend it. :)
